About
SallySells was built to fix the part of B2B sales that humans can't reliably do.
Lead follow-up is the most consistently measured failure in B2B sales. 63% of companies never reply to a lead. Of those that do, the average reply time is 29 to 42 hours. 80% of sales require five or more follow-ups, but only 8% of reps ever get past five. Every quarter the same incident happens to the same companies, and they hire more SDRs to fix it.
SallySells exists because that's not a discipline problem — it's a structural one. A human cannot answer every inbound lead in under a minute, follow up six times across two weeks on every thread, deliver a live demo on demand, watch five thousand accounts for the week something changes, and do it at 3 a.m. on a Tuesday for the prospect in Lisbon. Sally can. The economic case follows: the work companies currently buy as two hires — an SDR at roughly $85K fully loaded to build and watch the book, and an account executive at roughly $115K to run the calls and close, both drawing base regardless of results — done by one salesperson whose cost scales with the size of her book instead of headcount.
The product
Sally is an AI salesperson for B2B companies that sell to a market they could name. She works a book of business the way an elite rep works a territory — as a market to develop, not a list to process. When you hire her, she reads everything you can hand her — your website and everything public about you, your CRM export, your calendar, your email threads, the doc that says who you go after — and builds the book with you: up to 1,000 accounts on Starter, 5,000 on Growth, more than one Sally for bigger markets. She tiers it. The top 10–15% she watches at least weekly and introduces herself to proactively; the middle half she watches and writes to when something changes; the rest is opportunistic, and a single signal can promote an account overnight.
She writes one email at a time, from a real mailbox on your own domain, about something true of that company and why now — a promotion, an acquisition, a competitor's contract coming up for renewal. She replies to every response in seconds in your voice, runs the follow-up to wherever the prospect lands, takes the live multilingual sales call the moment the buyer taps the link — no calendar, no no-show — handles objections, qualifies, and closes the deal herself with your own payment link, or hands off at whatever stage you choose as a structured Deal Brief. And she plays the long game: months and years, with perfect recall of everything you've ever told her.
Clients manage her entirely by email — instructions in, work done, a debrief back every evening. Connect Stripe or QuickBooks read-only and she sees the whole lifecycle, from "never heard of you" through closed-won, contract signed, and invoice paid, which is what lets her learn from revenue rather than from reply rates.
Pricing is two parts, like a salesperson's comp. A monthly base that scales with the size of her book rather than seats, and a 10% commission on the first-year value of the deals Sally sourced. Attribution is fail-closed: only an airtight match bills automatically, uncertain matches ask first, no match is never billed, and refunds claw back pro-rata. Sally is paid when she's done the work.
The founder
SallySells was founded by Patrick Campbell. Patrick has spent his career operating in B2B SaaS — building, advising, and selling — and started SallySells out of a single observation: every sales org he's worked with treats lead follow-up as a discipline problem and tries to fix it by hiring more humans. Sally is the structural answer.

What we believe
- Speed-to-lead is the only outbound metric that matters. Prospects who get a thoughtful reply in under five minutes are roughly 100× more likely to qualify. Only 0.1% of B2B companies hit that bar today.
- A book to develop, not a list to process. Most B2B companies aren't suited to spray and pray, and in a small market it's actively harmful — become the company that blasts everyone and your reputation degrades whether or not the product is good. Sally works a book of named accounts the way an elite rep does: one email at a time, written for one person, sent the week the moment arrives.
- Email-first, voice-on-demand is the safe path. Cold-calling is being legislated and deliverability-scored out of existence. A real mailbox on your own domain, with a live sales call one link away, is more compliant, more human, and works while you sleep.
- The AI sales category is full-cycle or it's nothing. Tools that prospect and dump the lead in a human's lap have moved the bottleneck, not solved it. More meetings is not the promise; more sales is. Sally owns the deal all the way to the close.
- A book of business is the unit of selling. An elite rep doesn't work a list; she works a territory — watching every account, giving the top targets the most attention without spamming them, reading the buying committee, and moving the moment something changes. Sally is built to do exactly that, across five thousand accounts, for years, with perfect recall.
- Outcomes should teach an agent how to sell, never what's true. Product facts and pricing change only through the client. Every change Sally makes to her own memory is cited, versioned, and reversible. When she doesn't know something, she says so and asks.
